Photo: “Couple in Convertible, Los Angeles” by Garry Winogrand (1964). This is one of street photographer Winogrand’s most famous photographs. Each time I look at this image — shot in Hollywood on the Sunset Strip — I wonder if the driver got into a fight (over his female passenger), a car accident, or had a nose job!
